PRIVACY · WEBSITE & ADVISOR INQUIRIES

Privacy information

Updated October 30, 2026. This notice covers the RetireLuma website and its advisor-pilot inquiry form. RetireLuma is in development.

Information you provide

The advisor inquiry form asks for your name, work email, firm, role, and an optional description of your planning challenges. Please do not include client names, account numbers, financial records, credentials, or other confidential information.

How inquiries are handled

Submissions are received by the RetireLuma site team through WordPress.com and email notifications. We use the information to respond to your inquiry, understand advisor needs, and discuss possible pilot participation. Submitting the form does not create a client relationship or guarantee product access.

Website services

WordPress.com and Jetpack provide hosting and form processing. Depending on the services enabled, Automattic may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, cookies, and site activity for service operation, security, and measurement. See Automattic’s visitor privacy notice for its practices and cookie information.

Your choices and questions

You can use the advisor inquiry form to request correction or deletion of information you submitted, ask about its handling, or ask us not to contact you further. Identify the email used for your original inquiry without sending identity documents or confidential client information. The site team will review your request and respond.

Scope of this notice

This notice describes the current inquiry website, not a future client-data platform. Information about any future account connections, document storage, or additional processing will be provided before those capabilities are offered.
